Gym/Commons/WIN Supervision Guidelines
- Open the gym 10 minutes into the period.
- Get the L3 rack out of the PE storage room - the rack should be unlocked (Tracy and/or Travis have the keys)
- Put the rack by the main entrance to the gym (that way when the kids leave they can drop the balls off on their way out of the gym)
- Close the gym 4-5 minutes prior to the end of the period - kids should bring the balls to the rack
- 5th Period - at the end of the period leave the rack in the gym and shut the doors
- 6th Period - students know that they are expected to put their chairs away BEFORE they enter the gym. A simple reminder will get it done and it makes it much easier to clean-up chairs at the end of lunch.
- Please put the rack back in PE storage.
Supervising the GYM at WIN?
- Open gym and get the rack out of the PE storage room.
- Collect balls at 3:15 pm
- Put the rack back in the PE storage room
