BOOKFAIR MARCH 21 - MARCH 25
The Scholastic Book Fair is next week at Jordan/Jackson! Students will be visiting the fair with their class. As a reminder, please send cash in a resealable bag and make checks payable to MESA with the monetary limit written in the check's note section, if applicable. Scholastic is also offering a cash-free system called e-Wallet. After the fair, unused eWallet funds will become an eGift card that you can use at the Scholastic Online Store or to fund a future fair. See below for more information on eWallet and to set up an account.
The book fair will be open to the public on March 24 from 11:30am to 8pm. Please consider visiting the fair in person to support our school. Just a friendly reminder to bring your license. 100% of our book fair profit goes toward giving books right back to the school through MESA programs like Bookworms and One Book, One Grade, as well as providing books for each teacher's classroom library.
Please consider volunteering to help with set-up and clean-up. We will also need help to staff the fair during class visits and our Open to Public shifts. The daily shift schedule for class visits has been provided in the SignUp Genius if you wish to coordinate your volunteer time with your child's time at the fair.
