Updates around campus

* We are noticing a lot of students leaving after school and heading to Wendy's or other places. They then come back and take the late bus. Please know that this is not allowed. They will no longer be allowed on the bus once they leave campus.

* All Gus Garcia bus riders must be to the pick up area by 6:40. They will leave at 6:55 and will no longer wait for students that are late.

It's getting cold outside!

As the weather gets colder and the jackets are brought out, please make sure that your student is not wearing a jacket with a hood.

Hoodies are not allowed on campus per the student handbook.

Dia De los Muertos

Code 2 College Winter Registration is open!

Code 2 College is getting ready for our Winter Programming that will start in January. The application is currently open and will close on December 1, 2021. We had 23 Harmony Science Academy students in our Fall Programming and are looking to increase that number by 25!

Code 2 College has also launched an initiative called Vision 2024, where we aim to place 200 Black and Latinx women into STEM roles by the year 2024. Code2College Vision 2024 is focused on the identification, recruitment, preparation, and workforce placement of women who have the talent and potential, but historically and currently lack the access to pursue these high-need and high-wage careers. Students in this mentorship program will be paired with both technical and executive-level female mentors who are currently in the STEM field.
