Reminder: Awards Ceremony

Saturday, Dec. 1st 2012 at 2:30-5pm

416 Burnett Ave S, Renton, WA

The awards ceremony will be held at the VFW #1263 in Downtown Renton. Pee Wees, Sweet Peas and Bantams will be given trophies from 2:30 to 5:00. Please arrive early enough to sign coaches gifts but be prepared to wait until seniors, juniors and cheer are done with their ceremony before you can enter the building... just guessing on that one.

Let's Meet for Dinner After the Ceremony!

Dinner at Old Country Buffet Directly Following Awards Ceremony

Saturday, Dec. 1st 2012 at 6pm

25630 104th Avenue Southeast

Kent, WA

All are invited to meet for dinner, directly following the awards ceremony, at Old Country Buffet in Kent. Kids eat for $5.99, adults $10.99 plus drink.

If you are going to drop your player off and pick them up, I would plan to be ready to pick them up around 7:30.

We will be presenting the coaches with their gifts at Old Country Buffet so I do hope that everyone can make it. The Pee Wees and Sweet Peas have a space reserved in the back of the restaurant. I Hope to See Everyone There!

Gifts for our coaches have been purchased. Players will need to "autograph" these gifts before or after the awards ceremony, in Renton. I will be in the parking lot with the gifts an hour before the awards ceremony and directly after... so please remember to find me and have your player sign.

Cost of Coaches Gifts

If each player pays $10, we will have equally split the cost of the coaches gifts (5 cards, 5 footballs, framed jersey) and dinner. If you wish to contribute, it will be greatly appreciated, as the items have already been purchased. You can give the money to Trisha or to Ethan's dad, Victor. Thank you! :D
