Photosinthesis & respiration

Photosinthesis
Photosinthesis is the process by which plants use water (H2O), carbon dioxide (CO2), and the sun's energy to make their own food. The formula for Photosenthisis is: CO2 + H2O + sunlight energy = C6H12O6 + 6O2. The water is absorbed through the plants roots, carried up the stems due to capillary action, and goes to the cells. The carbon dioxide is absorbed through the stomata (the black dots on the leaf), this is where all the gas exchange happens. The Plant also absorbs the sun's energy. All these things help the plant survive, but What do the plants do for us?
The plant releases oxygen (O2), which is what we humans breathe, and need in order to survive. Plants are where we get our food from, so when plants survive, humans can get their food, glucose, energy and all their required vitamins to keep them healthy and alive.
Cellular respiration
Cellular respiration is how humans use glucose and oxygen in order to stay alive. The formula for cellular respiration is: C6H12O6 + 6O2 = H2O + CO2 + sunlight energy. First the glucose enters the cell, goes through glycolysis and then goes to the mitochondria where the respiration actually happens. Electron transport occurs in the mitochondria and breaks the glucose down into water, carbon dioxide and, ATP energy. The ATP energy will provide us with the energy that humans need to perform simple everyday tasks. The carbon dioxide and the water will leave the body in some way and this in turn will provide the plants with the supplies they need in order to perform photosynthesis and stay alive.
Photosynthesis & cellular respiration
Photosenthisis and cellular respiration are connected processes, because the products of plant photosynthesis provides humans with oxygen, glucose and energy, needed to go through cellular respiration which is vital in order to stay alive, and the same goes with cellular respiration. The products of cellular respiration provide plants with water, and carbon dioxide which they need in order to perform Photosenthisis and stay alive. Thses connected proccess kind of form a cycle between plants and animals and how we both need each other in order to survive.
