Nomination Letter from Mrs. Love:
Twilight Run under the Moon for PCMS student, Jack Moon
Don't forget to register for the Twilight Run under the Moon, for Jack Moon on October 19th. You only have 5 more days to register and be guaranteed a shirt at check in.
Lymphoma / Leukemia.
He is currently undergoing Chemotherapy treatment at Riley Children’s Hospital, which is expected to last 7 months.
Those that know him know his smile and his sense of humor. He has a love for baseball and basketball. He is a typical 12 year old who loves to be outside, engaging in sports and gaming with friends. He has been known to play through any injury as much as he can. Family and friends are providing support to help him "play through this" to the best of his ability.
We would like to invite our community, family, and friends to come out for a mile run/walk for Jack. We invite you to be both a racer and a spectator in this event. The mile course will start and end on the Plainfield High School Track. The runners will take off at 7:30 PM, we invite all walkers to fill the stands and cheer them on to a mighty finish. Once the runners finish, we'd love to have you fill the stands and show the same love for the walkers!

Food Service Information
There are a couple of options for your child's lunch every day:
- Students can pack a lunch.
- Students may purchase a lunch. To fund your student's lunch account, please send cash or a check (made payable to Van Buren Cafeteria) to school. Please put this in an envelope with your child's name, teacher's name, and amount enclosed. You can also use Efunds or Send Money to School to pay online.
Please visit www.plainfield.k12.in.us and click on "Food Services". On that page, you will find a link to the E-Funds for Schools secure payment server. When you get there, you can choose the payment method that is easiest for you.
Eating Lunch with your child
We love to see you come eat with your children! However, PLEASE remember to bring exact change if you are using cash to purchase lunch for yourself or another visitor. We only have a small amount of cash in the register and cannot make change. You may also pay with a check payable to Van Buren Cafeteria. Lunch is $2.50 for students and $3.25 for adults and visitors.
Also, since we have no way of knowing who puts money on the account, you cannot use your child's lunch card balance towards the purchase of your own lunch.
We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your understanding.
Transportation Information
- Bus Riders-Here Comes the Bus app!- Available in three languages (English, Spanish and French), the Here Comes the Bus app can be downloaded from the App Store or Google Play. You need the following two Pieces of Information to create an account:
