child labor in Bangladesh
Bangladesh is one of the poorest and most populated cities in the world, more than 50% of the population living of $1.25 per day, most families are forced to send their children to go work at a very young age. 3.2 million out of the 7.4 million are classified as child laborers. because the kids must work to help the family pay for food, they don't have time to go to school. sometimes the parents don't register the child's birth so the children can pretend to be old enough to work. lastly there are laws that prevent child laborers, unfortunately these laws are poorly enforces
