JAGUAR UPDATE

JAGUAR CORNER
Hello Sunset Valley Jaguars! It is the time of year again for our SVE Mitten Tree. As you may know, we recently lost a very special Jaguar, Ally Ullman. As a way to honor Ally and her family, this year, we are working with an organization called Parenting Children with Special Needs. We will be giving all donations to them to help support families here in our community. Items they would love to have are hats, gloves, mittens, scarves and sensory and learning toys. Students may bring the items to the tree in the library. You may contact Mrs. Nierman with any questions. Thank you in advance for supporting our SVE Mitten Tree!
CHROMEBOOK INFORMATION
You have received communication from the district about your child's chromebook device. For your convenience, I have linked it here for you again. Please also note the information below.
Collection of Current Devices and Distribution of New Devices
Elementary students will turn in the current (old model) Chromebook to the classroom teacher in December prior to winter break.
Students will NOT have the device over the holiday break to allow the district time to organize the collected devices and get new device shipments readied for checkout in January.
New chromebooks will be delivered to each school the week of January 6.
According to the LSR7 Technology Student Handbook, page 6. - Parents/Guardians will be charged a $40 fee for a missing Chromebook and/or a $17 fee for a missing charger.
