Please make sure that every effort is made to be present during this time of year, especially with so much instructional time already missed due to weather.

If you have to be absent, work to secure a substitute as soon as possible so your colleagues will not have to cover classes. This past Friday we had 3 classrooms that had to be covered by staff. We want to avoid having to remove staff from their responsibilities to cover classes.

Last week we sent a draft of the revised testing calendar to staff for review.

If you have questions about the test schedule, please direct them to your grade level administrator.

Proctors for Testing

We need your help to recruit proctor volunteers for our End of Year tests. Please contact your parents, family members and friends. We have 170 spots to be filled.

Proctors are really needed on our heaviest days 5/26-5/29 between 7:30 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. Please sign up using the Sign Up Genius located on our DDMS website.

All volunteers must have a background check and clearance through WCPSS. This can be completed in the DDMS Media Center every Monday between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m.
