Enjoy The Ride!
Parent-Teacher Conferences
The weather is changing, the time is changing, and the nine weeks has changed too. This week or maybe at another time, you will be meeting with your child’s teacher to discuss their academic progress so far this year. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to describe what you see and hear from your child about their school experience, as well as hear from your child’s teacher what they see and observe about your child on a daily basis. Both parties view the child from uniquely different settings so the information shared could certainly lead to new insight and could provide information for both the teacher and the parent to build on in helping your child be more successful in school. Parents and teachers working together are a powerful team in providing what children need to tackle in learning. While you are in the building for conferences, don’t forget to check out the Book Fair in the library and also browse through the lost and found items in the front foyer.
Our teachers and support staff are grateful for parent support in the classroom and the school environment, but most of all for the individual support each of you provide for your very own children. This is what makes the difference!
It has been a busy few weeks! If you have pictures to share with our yearbook staff, please email them to trumanphoto3@gmail.com
See you at conferences!
