Lead2Lease Website Tracking Numbers


Congratulations on the roll-out of your new community websites! In light of discovering and issue with the website tracking number at Pentagon City, we will be conducting a quick audit to ensure that all tracking numbers are connecting to the sites properly. Please expect follow up on this by the end of day tomorrow.


I am awaiting a reply from Jason at Old City Press with the test lead names so that we can iron out the wrinkles in the parser information that they are sending us. We are receiving their data, but the formatting needs to be fine-tuned. This should be an easy fix.

Homestead at Laurel recently went live on YieldStar Price Optimizer. We updated the Syndication settings to ensure that the pricing from YieldStar is in the feed to your advertising sources and prospects are receiving accurate, up to date pricing. There is nothing else for you to do.

LEASESTAR LEAD2LEASE - 90 DAY SOURCE ANALYSIS

The below graphic shows Panco's Top 10 Lead Sources over the past 90 days, sorted in descending order by number of tours taken. After analyzing this data, there are a couple of takeaways to consider below the graphic.

  • With 236 Leads, 56 Tours, and 38 Leases in the past 90 days, Lead Source "Other" is a strong source of leads and leases. These leads convert to leases at a 16% clip, accounting for considerable revenue. My recommendation is to ensure that the Leasing Teams are digging a little deeper for how prospects are discovering their community. By gathering this information, it will give you an advantage in planning budgets, adding and dropping ad sources, and allocating marketing dollars throughout the year.


  • Lead Source "Resident Referral" is Panco's best converting source, converting into better than 50% lead to tour ratio and a whopping 24.9% lead to lease ratio. WOW!!!
