MAPS Testing
As I am circulating in and out of MAPS testing, I just want to let you know how much I appreciate seeing teachers up and walking the room - keeping kids engaged and working hard! As we take this opportunity to build stamina - as we prepare for the 'Super Bowl', I wanted to say THANK YOU!

Stamina and Independence
As we are nearing the 'Super Bowl', please be very mindful of the need to build stamina and independence. Give them tasks that for the first 15 min. you are off limits; work in another Writing on Demand with your partner; be cautious of restating the expectation - see if they can problem solve in the moment; establish expectations during work time and stick to them....
