3rd Grade Happenings
- Our 3rd grade field trip is October 25th! Please make sure to sign and return the permission form to your child's teacher by Friday, October 20th!! We will NOT need parent chaperones for this field trip!
- PLEASE read with your child for at least 20 minutes everyday! This is vital for their growth as a reader!
- 3rd grade goes to the library every Thursday! Please remind your child to bring their books to school with them that day so they can check out new books!
- Don't forget to have your child wear their new SRE spirit shirt on Mondays!

What We've Been Learning!
Readers Workshop
-Used context clues to decode and define unknown words.
-Read multi syllable words by identifying the prefix, suffix, and base words.
