Importance of Water

Water makes up two thirds of your body, without water you would die within days. The body cannot run without water. It also acts as a lubricant in digestion and almost all other body functions.

How much a Day?

Health authorities recommend eight 8 ounce glasses (two liters). And does not differ from different people. There are no calories in water.
