National Library Month
Lively Library Lessons
Spring has been keeping us quite busy. We've celebrated Dr. Seuss week and Read Across America. The campus celebrated reading by hosting literacy night with lots of fun reading events at the beginning of the month. Kinder and First graders enjoyed listening to Fraidyzoo and experiencing 3D animals through the Zoo Kazam app. Second graders had a blast creating fractured fairy tale summaries via Chatter Kids app. They also finished up their two week research unit using Seesaw to demonstrate their learning. Third through fifth graders used National Geographic Kids to determine whether myths held true or had been busted. They created comics to show what they had learned using Strip Design app. They were quite clever and creative. Cute products!
