Join me for yoga classes that build strength, balance, focus, and body awareness by finding the ease in each moment, whether simple or challenging. You will build a strong, healthy body and calm mind from the inside out. *Open to all levels

How much are classes?

Classes are donation based. We recommend a $10 donation but that is not required.


What do I need to bring with me?

If you have a yoga mat please bring your mat. Water and a towel come in handy as well!


Can I bring a friend?

Please bring all of your friends and share your yoga!


Please do not eat a large meal at least 2 hours before class. The digestive system needs time to slow down before a yoga class.


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to class to allow time to set up your space and start to unwind.
