Disabled Accounts

If your account has been disabled, please submit a ticket. The accounts have been disabled by Google and we are working with Google to get these accounts enabled.


Cyberbullying is a serious issue. If you are experiencing cyberbullying, please reach out to your site principal and school support services to let them know so they can help.

Student: Technology Updates and Reminders

New and Transferred Students:

Once enrolled it can take a student 24-48 hrs to gain access to all of our instructional applications. If, after that time, your student is still not able to access their applications, please submit a support ticket with our helpdesk.

Google Hangouts

At the request of site leadership, Google Hangouts has been disabled for students. Communication between teachers and students should be conducted through the Canvas Inbox.

Tutoring for 6-12 grade

Tutoring is now available through Paper for students in grades 6-12. Paper can be accessed through the Clever Dashboard.

Parent Canvas Login Issues

At this time, we are having trouble with the links to view assignments where it's prompting parents to log in to a PUSD account instead of redirecting to the Parent Canvas log in page.

If you log in to the Canvas Parent app via a mobile device or online with the login credentials you set up, you will be able to see assignments and other notifications. We are working with Canvas on a fix and apologize for the problem.

To view student's grades, make sure your Aeries Parent Portal account has been activated.
