Principal's Message

Lumberton Schools will make the transition to five half days of instruction starting next week. The following changes are for remote and hybrid students. Wednesday will be like our other four days with academic instruction in the morning. Specials will be held in the afternoon. Teachers will still be available twice a week for office hours. Wednesday will have a drop everything and read period followed by a progress monitoring assignment or activity. Students that receive basic skills, ELL support, or Gifted and Talented will continue their regular schedule.

Please see our revised schedule linked HERE

Please see revised meal service information linked HERE

  • Meals will be available for pick up on Wednesday from 12:30 to 1:30. For the safety of students and staff at dismissal, please follow the traffic pattern for picking up your student. Students are to be picked up out front of Bobby's Run, and not on the side EDC entrance doors. Thanks for your attention to this.

Note: EDC will be available on Wednesdays starting Wednesday, May 12th.

Third Grade Tree Planting

A big thank you to the Lumberton Shade Tree Committee and Central Jersey Landscaping for donating two dogwood trees to Bobby's Run Elementary School and seedlings for our third grade students. Students were able to learn about the importance of trees in celebration of Arbor Day. Lumberton's Mayor and Deputy Mayor were in attendance to help assist with the planting as well.
