Important Patriotic Show Upadate
Weekly Calendar
Patriotic Show Information
Rehearsal: We will have a rehearsal in the THS parking lot on Thursday 6-8. TVS students going to Kyle Field need to attend.
Transportation:
- F2F students may take the bus on Friday morning.
- TVS and F2F students may ride with their parents but need to be at the meeting place at the designated time (estimated some time around 4:30 - 5:30pm). Student arriving at the designated time will have a dinner waiting for them.
- STUDENTS ARE NOT ALLOWED TO DRIVE THEMSELVES TO COLLEGE STATION due to the great liability risk.
- Students may be released to their parents after the halftime show. Parents must fill out the field trip release (This is a different form than the medical form). Both forms are below and will be passed out in class.
Time:
- F2F Students riding to the game will leave between 9am - 9:30am. They will be excused from school on a Field Trip leaver.
- TVS and Students riding with parents: There will be a designated meeting time and place. WE MUST WALK IN TOGETHER FOR OUR FREE ADMISSION.
Itinerary: We will have a detailed itinerary after the administration visits Kyle Field tomorrow. Please note: we cannot know the exact time the Patriotic Show is beginning or ending, as it is determined by the pace of the game.
What to bring:
- Students need to bring a sack lunch. Dinner will be provided.
- I will get information about concessions later in the week.
- There is a clear bag policy for Kyle Field, but we are working on acquiring a storage area for student belongings.
- I suggest the students bring a portable charger for their phone.
Tickets: Click here for complete ticket information.
Things to note:
- All tickets will be digital
- There is a fee for parking.
- You will need to create an account to purchase tickets
- Kyle Field has a clear bag policy.
Parent Chaperones:
- If you have been a choir chaperone in the past with THS or our Jr High schools we would love for you to chaperone. You may ride the bus or meet us at Kyle Field with your child. You will need to walk in with us at the meeting time to get in for free. I need to know by Tuesday who is available.
I will send information as soon as I receive it.

Recording on a laptop + an external mic
