Prom Planning Update

The Prom theme this year will be "A Glamorous Knight in Hollywood." We are hashing out some of the final details and working on ticket prices, permission slips, and guest forms. The event will be held at TPepin's Hospitality Centre in Tampa on May 20, 2023. We will put out more details once everything is finalized. Ticket sales should begin immediately following Spring Break through Rycor were your student fees are paid.

3rd Quarter Testing Opportunities

Here is a list of testing opportunities for 3rd quarter. These do not all pertain to the Junior Class but it gives a good understanding of what there is to come. The big ones I want our class to focus on is the FSA and Algebra retakes (for those who need it) as well as the SAT Reportable test for all 11th graders on 3/1. This SAT is free and students can have it sent to the colleges of their choice.

River Ridge High School Assessments

Remember, if you need to sit or pass certain tests for a graduation requirement make sure you talk with Mrs. Makris, Coach Baker, or myself. There ACT and SAT that can serve as concordant score, as other opportunities to satisfy testing graduation requirements.

Parent Bill of Rights

If you have not completed your Parent Bill of Rights in the Parent portal, please do so at this time. The Bill of Rights permits you as a parent with fundamental rights under Florida's Parent Bill of Rights, to make informed, individualized, and specific consent decisions that best support both your child and your parenting decisions.

Many of you have not completed this in the Parent Portal and we would like to have the full consensus of our class. Please click the link below to enter the Parent Portal and complete your Parent Bill of Rights.
