The ag report for august 4000 B.C.

The month of august has been real dry and hot with temperature remaining in the low 100’s, all throughout the fertile crescent area. Farmers have had significant loss of crops due to the lack of rain and this drought will leave many people hungry. We are hopeful that the sumerians and their new technological knowledge of irrigation will provide some relief of this weather pattern. mesopotamia should with the help of the city-state of Sumer be able to store and move water by canals when the rain comes.
