I began practicing yoga twelve years ago to help deal with the stress of my first year of law school. I remember the feeling of pure peace and lightness after class and have been hooked ever since. I participate in many competitive sports including tennis, running & triathlons and yoga always brings me back to my body and brings peace of mind. I recently completed West Hartford Yoga's 200 hour Teacher Training Program. I wish to share my love of yoga with others and strongly believe that anyone can practice yoga. As an athlete, I have personally experienced the benefits of yoga such as better focus, more stamina, flexibility and overall improved athletic performance.
