A Farewell from your Assistant Principal
After seven years as your Assistant Principal, this year will be my final year at Bear Creek. I have been afforded the opportunity to work in the same district where I live and where my children also attend school. This was not an easy decision for me, as I love the students and families of Bear Creek so very much.
I have honestly had the time of my life. I have learned so much, laughed so much, and have received as much love as I have given. Thank you for your continued support and for allowing me to share in the lives of your children. I do not have the words to thank you enough. Bear Creek and its staff, students, and families will remain forever in my heart, always.
Forever grateful to you,
Dr. Kimberly Stevens

The Bookmark - Librarian's News

WOW! Our students checked out 22,976 books over this school year! We have amazing readers here at the Creek. But don’t break your reading habits just because it’s summer break! The Euless Public Library has great events planned for this summer. Students do not have to be in HEB ISD to participate in the HEB Reads! Summer Reading Challenge. It is a city partnership with Hurst, Euless, and Bedford. When a student registers on ReadSquared, it asks them for their school and GCISD is an option. ANYONE may attend these fun library programs. They would love to have any GCISD student participate in any way. Kickoff event is Saturday, May 20th!
