Central Update Bulletin - Issue 23

Focus Point: Stress

I found the article insightful and very appropriate as we lean in to a very busy and stressful part of the year. This research out of Stanford looks at how to people deal with stress can determine whether our not the stress has harmful or beneficial effects. The article also offers some ways in which we can use stress to our advantage. Enjoy reading.

AMP Time

We have had a jam packed couple of weeks and February can feel like a long month. Please take this next round of AMP meetings to catch up and work on what you or your team have deemed as a priority. I hope this additional time will be helpful.

Digital Learning Survey (ONLY ONE QUESTION)

As we move forward into next year and our future plans it is important that our team understands where our staff is as a whole in terms of Digital Learning and Technology. We've kept this survey short in the interest of time.

Technology Tip: TACKK

WARNING: Only read if your ready for something new to use with your students, this is not meant to overwhelm, but rather to inspire if you are in need. My wife has reminded me that my brain can go in a million different directions at once and this is not everyone's mode of learning. That being said, I found this tool useful and thought I'd share if you're ready for it, If not, pass it on by and come back to it at a later date when you are ready.

Want to learn something fun, possibly new to you, truly exciting, and will help you to create engaging content for your classroom. If so, check out my first TACKK.

Here you go: https://tackk.com/centraltackk

In the stream at the bottom of the tackk please post an idea on how you could use Tackk in your own classroom.
