Conferences
Thank you to everyone who signed up. I am looking forward to our meeting. I have sent home a pre-conference form for you to fill out regarding any concerns and celebrations you would like to discuss. Filling this out will help make the most of our time together by giving us a clearer focus. Thank you.
No More Toys From Home
I am asking that toys be left at home from now on. I have had too many distractions and tears due to toys brought from home. We have a wonderful playground, 100 kids, and lots of balls, jump ropes, and stuff to play with during recess. There is no need to bring anything from home. I will make an exception for footballs although I am not responsible for getting them off the roof of the school :)
HALLOWEEN PARTY
Our Halloween Party for this year will be on Monday, October 31st. We will open our doors at 1:45 PM for parents to go to the classrooms. You must come in the front door and get a visitor's badge. The school parade will begin at 2PM. If it's not raining, we will have the parade at the back of the school on the blacktop. Just a reminder to make sure that your child's costume fits appropriately, isn't see through material, and is school appropriate. Keep in mind we have little ones all the way down to preschool age that see these costumes, so we try to keep away from gory costumes, scary masks, fake blood/makeup, and any weapons (even if they are plastic). See you at the parties!
Please send $2.00 for the party!!
We ask that you donate $2 for the Halloween party to help offset the cost incurred by our parents who are purchasing items and treats for our party out of their own pocket! Thank you so much!!
