They witnessed the rise and fall of notorious gangster Al Capone, these people during that time had to struggle for money and the economy collasped living only the rubble of poor families .Before all this Morris Sheperd the main person against alcohol rose to power as a representive of the United States Senate fought for the ban of all alcohol in the USA and soon the law was passed. Years after people were starting to rally up once more like in the twenties except they were fighting for opposite of what they wanted over a decade ago, so the law to legalize alcohol was in service again.
