Meet Your School Counselor

Upper Adams Intermediate School

Getting to know Mrs. Kramer

This is my 6th year as a school counselor at Upper Adams School District. It is such an honor to help students learn, grow, and persevere each day in and outside of school. When I am not at school, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our German shepherd, Wesson. We love to go for hikes, take road trips, visit coffee shops, and explore the mountains.

Welcome Back Students!

I hope each of you had a nice and relaxing summer break. We are excited to start the new year with you here at UAIS! As your school counselor, you can come visit me for anything at all - whether you just need to talk to someone, or you are having problems at home, school, or with your friends. Please be sure to see me if there is any:

  • Bullying
  • Sad/angry thoughts
  • Problems with teachers, parents or guardians
  • Difficulties getting along with your friends

You will also see me in your classroom each month teaching guidance lessons. We focus on topics such as bullying, drugs and alcohol, diversity, and career choices.

How You Can Reach Me

Always ask your teacher first before coming to see me, so they can call or email to make sure I am available. If you stop by my office and I am not there, just fill out a note and slide it under my door. I will be sure to meet with you as soon as I can.

For Parents & Guardians

If you would like further information on resources for your child, please reach out to me. I am also available to meet by appointment. Please call me at (717) 677-4300 x 3, or email me at Further information can also be found on my staff page located on our school's website. I look forward to working with you and your child this year!
