The Life of Pocahontas

Pocahontas created peace between the Native Americans and the English colonists. Creating peace helped the British stay alive and also gave them a chance to create the first permanent British settlement called Jamestown. She also saved John Smith by begging her father to spare is life. John Smith later went on to become the leader of Jamestown, which was largely impacted by Pocahontas' saving of his life.
