Output of Annual General Meeting 2016
What was AGM 2016 about?
The AGM is one of the most important forums of the year for the following reasons:
- The Local Office is passed from one team to the other.
- The Current Office Bearers (Orion) are discharged from their roles based on their performance for the year.
- The Selected Office Bearers (Junoon) are ratified based on their plan and capabilities.
Chair for the Forum
The Chair for AGM 2016 was Gaurav Sathe, he was the President of AIESEC Mumbai in 2013, Vice President Operations AIESEC Poland 2014 - 2015 and a Exchange Participant to Romania.
Returning Officer for the Forum
The Returning Officer for AGM 2016 was Satwik Rajani, he was the Vice President for the Incoming - Social Sector Department of AIESEC in Mumbai in 2014 and a Exchange Participant to South Africa.
Incoming Executive Body
The incoming Executive Body "Junoon" presented their plans for the year 2016. Their presentations included their targets, focus areas, growth strategies, marketing & business development strategies and key innovations.
Ratification
The full members had to vote for the Incoming Executive Body's ratification based on the presentation for the year 2016.

Outgoing Executive Body
The Orion presented their presentations which included their targets versus achieved, achievements, failures, learnings and suggestions to the Incoming Executive Board.
Discharge
The full members had to vote for the Outgoing Executive Body's discharge based on the presentation for the year 2016.
The Orion was officially discharged of their duties as the Executive Body of AIESEC Mumbai for the year 2015 - 2016.

The Orion's Resignation Letters and Closing
After their last walk-in as part of the Orion and of the LC, each of the resigning members read out their Resignation Applications to the LC. It was a very important moment for each of them being their last moments at this Local Chapter.
We would personally like to thank all the Board of Advisors for their contribution and presence through out the year, we look forward to a even brighter future in the year of 2016.
