To help you get ready, check out the information below for all of your back to school needs. We hope you have a great rest of the summer. We look forward to seeing everyone on Wednesday!

Attention Kindergarten, 7th Grade, and 12 Grade Parents!

Attention all Kindergarten, 7th Grade, and 12th Grade parents. Are you child's immunization records up to date as required by Ohio law? Check out all of the information you need to know about the vaccination requirements and how you can get your child up to date at the Wolves Wellness Center at West Clermont Middle School.

School Bus Routes

The 2018-2019 school bus routes are now live! If you have any issues with your child's route or need to change any information, please contact our Transportation Department at 513-752-4020.

To log in to the system, use your child's student ID number for the username. For the password enter your child's birthdate in 8 digit format with no spaces or slashes. (Example: January 1st, 2009 would be entered as 01012009)

InfoSnap Verification

As we begin the school year it is important that you verify your student's information in InfoSnap using your child's SnapCode. Your child will not receive a class schedule at the High School or Middle School and they will not be placed into a class at the elementary level until you have verified their information.

To verify your child's information please visit https://secure.infosnap.com/family/message.aspx?code=actionprivate. If you do not remember your child's SnapCode or need further assistance, please contact Lesa Loudin in our Central Enrollment Department at loudin_l@westcler.org.
