Technology Coach Transition
Holly will split her time between BHS and the central office during the month of April. She will post a calendar on her door so that you will know where she is each day or you can see her online calendar here. The new technology coach, Kaitlin Brown, will start on May 1. Carl will maintain his usual schedule of being at BHS on Tuesdays, Fridays, and some Thursdays.
Email: BHS_STAFF Is Changing to bhsstaff
The central office technicians will be working to clean up each school’s distribution list. Effective Monday April 3, you will need to use bhsstaff@rcschools.net instead of BHS_STAFF@rcschools.net to send an email to the faculty and staff. Messages sent to this address will go to all certified and classified personnel in the building. BHS_STAFF will stop working.

BIOMETRIC SCREENING....
All active employees and their spouses who are covered by the 2017 health care plan must complete the health assessment survey on the Cigna website and the fasting biometric screening as part of the annual wellness campaign.
The biometric screening can be done at a MedPoint clinic or through your primary care physician sometime between January 1, 2017 and September 30, 2017.
For active employees and spouses covered under the County health plan that do not participate, the employee will pay an additional $300 for insurance premiums through payroll deductions in the following year, 2018.
You can find information for completing this process on the Rutherford County Schools’ website under the careers tab, then employee benefits.
