Religious Family of the Incarnate Word Talk and Potluck Dinner - Friday, January 17th
Come learn more about the Religious Family of the Incarnate Word at a Talk and Potluck Dinner on Friday, January 17th at 7:00pm in the Grand Salon Room in the Parish Center.
The talk will be about the beginnings of the Religious Family of the Incarnate Word founded in 1984 in Argentina. Come and learn about how it all began! It will be a child friendly environment with activities available during the talk, so bring the whole family. If you have further questions, please contact Mother Servant at mservant@sbdallas.org.
For the potluck, last names beginning with A to M please bring a side dish or entree, and last names N to Z please bring drinks or dessert.
March for Life - Saturday, January 18th
All are welcome to join the St. Bernard’s Community during the March for Life.
We will meet in front of the Cathedral at 9:30 AM (Directions and parking), attend the Roe Memorial Mass at 10:00, and participate in the March, united under our St. Bernard’s banner.

SBS 6th Annual Talent Show Tryouts
It is time again for the Annual SBS Talent Show! Students, come show your special talents (Singing, Dancing, Reciting a favorite poem, your Special Sports Talent, Gymnastics, Magic, Joke Telling,) at the showing of talents “Tryouts” on Thursday, Jan. 16th from 3:30-4:30 PM every 5 minutes. The “Tryout” sign-up sheets are available by the Office.

Donations: We need donations from all families - either solicited from businesses or purchased and donated. This is critical for the Gala to succeed!! Please see the Gala packet for details and forms for donations. Donations can be brought to the Home & School Meeting on Thursday, or to the Office at any time.
Classroom Projects and Baskets: Parent Bears are in charge and should be contacting parents soon with details.

Admissions
New Family Applications – We are currently accepting NEW student applications. Please let your family, friends, and neighbors know about St. Bernard School. If you refer a family and they enroll and stay for at least 2 quarters, you will receive a $500.00 tuition credit for the 2020-2021 academic year, which will be applied to your FACTS account on January of 2021.
Current SBS Student Re-Enrollment – Current families can re-enroll their student(s) for the 2020-2021 school year now.
Remember that Grant & Aid applications through FACTS are now open - Every family who would like to be considered for any tuition assistance, whether from the diocese or the school, should complete an application through FACTS. (Remember to use your same email and login information each year!)
Current families AND new families are eligible to apply during the Regular Application Round which is January 6, 2020-April 1, 2020. Please be aware of the dates as they are firm.
