Happy Wednesday...the Final Wednesday!
Today is our last full day of school for the kids. We said goodbye to the Pre-K this morning with the Adios Amigos! performance, which was outstanding. Tonight, we bid adieu to the kindergarteners at their graduation at 6 pm. This is the final day for Pre-K and K...no school tomorrow for either of them. Kids in grades 1 - 7 will have school tomorrow until 12 pm (Noon). There is NO after school Extended Care so everyone heads out at 12 pm, so the staff can have a celebratory luncheon! :)
We want to thank all of our families for this year. A school year is always filled with ups and downs, joys and sorrows. We are so happy to have gone through all of this with you, since we are a family. Have a wonderful summer and we look forward to seeing you back in the Fall. At Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy, we know that we could not do what we do without you! Let us thank you with a pancake appreciation breakfast on the last day of school. This will be held on Thursday, June 13th at 8 am. Thank you for all you do!
Missing Report Card??
If your student did not come home with a report card, that means there is an outstanding balance on your account that needs to be paid immediately. Please pop into the office or call us to make a payment and then we can release the report card. It is important that we get all accounts cleared up in June.
Please remember that an outstanding balance after this Friday could mean the loss of your child's spot for next year and a re-allocation of the registration fee. If you have billing questions, please contact Kelly at finance@holyrosarybilingual.org or call 253-272-7012. Thank you!!
Uniforms for 2019-20
We will be sending out info on the uniforms by the end of June. No major changes for next year, with the exception of the fact that we are saying goodbye to our old name and logo. The only sweaters and logo wear that students can use must have Holy Rosary Bilingual Academy on them. Our vendors are still Tommy Hilfiger and Lands End. More info to follow, so stay tuned...
Lost and Found
Don't forget that all lost and found items must be claimed by the end of this month. July 1st, they head out to be donated. We have an OVERFLOWING box on the 1st floor, so come and take a look for any missing belongings.
Mark Your Calendars...
We are moving our picnic up to an earlier part of the summer this year. We will have the Back to School BBQ on Sat, Aug 17th. This will be partnered with our Campus Beautification Day. We will do clean up around the grounds from 9 - 1 and then have a bbq from 1 - 3. Remember, you can bring a bunch of people and knock out those service hours by helping us clean up the grounds in the morning. More info will come in the summer mailing.
