6. Fill Your Glass 1/4 Full at Work
If you have a desk job, try this tactic to add more water and more activity to your day: Get a glass and fill it about 1/4 of the way up. Once you drink it, walk back to the water cooler and refill, but again, only 1/4 of the way. Not only will you slowly be ingesting more water over the course of the day, you’ll have to stand up and stretch your legs every time you need a refill!
7. Choose Plain Water at Restaurants
Make a deal with yourself that you’ll stick with water every time you go out to eat for a week or two. Not only will you be consuming less calories, your wallet will be a lot fuller!
8. Buy a Really Good Water Bottle
You’re much more likely to use a water bottle during your everyday life if it’s both fashionable and functional. Spend time looking for one that suits your needs, and spend good money on it.
9. Mark-Up Your Water Bottle
If you really have a hard time reminding yourself to stay hydrated, mark up your water bottle with tape that has different times of day written on it. As the day goes on, the level should lower according to the hour (by 4:00 p.m. your water level should be below the line of tape that says 4:00).
10. Drink More Smoothies
What better way to get your hydration in by drinking a delicious smoothie? Pack it with high water-content foods, fruit-infused ice cubes, and a cup of water, and feel your body thanking you with more energy, less headaches, and a regulated mood.
Probably funny for all, but this goes out to McDowell's ladies (just the part towards the end)
The second video is about 2 weeks to late for McDowell but still funny.
