The Board of Education accepted, with regret, the resignation of Ms. Monique Sculfort, Middle School English teacher, for the purposes of retirement. The Board of Education thanks Ms. Sculfort for her service and dedication to Glen Rock students and community and wish Ms. Sculfort a long, healthy and rewarding retirement.

The Board of Education read for the second time and adopted the policies listed below which were read for the first time at the October 11, 2021 COW meeting.

The Board of Education authorized the submission of the 2021-2022 school year New Jersey Quality Single Accountability Continuum (NJQSAC) Performance Review to the New Jersey Department of Education.

The Board of Education approved the Annual Update to Uniform State Memorandum of Agreement between Education and Law Enforcement Officials for the 2021-2022 school year.

The Board of Education approved the drafts of the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 school year calendars.

The Board of Education approved Yale University, RULER Center for Emotional Intelligence, to provide training and technical assistance services for the purpose of promoting teacher and student social and emotional development in schools.

The Board of Education approved Follett School Solutions to conduct Library Manager Essentials webinars for the District’s Library Media Specialists.

The Board of Education approved the Bureau of Education & Research to conduct an ESL Learners Engagement and Academic Achievement webinar with ESL teachers.

The Board of Education approved Bureau of Education & Research to conduct Accelerating Your Students Use of The Target Language on site training with World Language teachers.

The Board of Education approved Zensational Kids to conduct Mindfully Nurture the Foundations of Educational Wellbeing webinar with District teachers.

The Board of Education approved the application submission for the American Rescue Plan (ARP) Non-Title I Federal Grant and further authorized the School Business Administrator/Board Secretary to accept the funds in the amount of $607,892.00 to partially fund the Coleman Elementary School Window Replacement project.
