Over the last two weeks, as part of the Watershed Program, all 6th grade classes participated in the annual rafting trip. Thank you to Rob Wade, FRC Outdoor Rec. Leadership, and our 6th grade teachers for making this happen!

These next few weeks, all sites will be participating in CAASPP testing. Thank you for all the work you do to prepare students to do their best.

Physical Fitness Testing

As you may know, we are required to administer the Physical Fitness Test (PFT) to all of our 5th, 7th, and 9th grade students. The State Board of Education designated the FITNESSGRAM as the test we are to use. Students in grades five, seven, and nine are required to take the PFT, whether or not they are enrolled in a PE class. Students who are physically unable to take the entire test battery are to be given as much of the test as conditions permit. The testing window is now open and it will close on Friday, May 19, 2017.

PFT administration videos are available at the following website: https://pftdata.org/training.aspx
