Sarvangasana(Shoulder Stand) and Sirsasana(Head Stand) are common poses in any styles of yoga.
Great benefits... By inverting entire body lessens the strain on heart, and allows a plentiful supply of oxygen-rich blood to reach the head and brain. These two poses are also good for spine, respiratory system.
But if you do these incorrectly, there are also the possibilities to injure your neck or shoulders...
You cannot watch your teacher or the person next to you when you are doing these poses, sometimes difficult to learn the right way to do these.
Let's work these poses with me and learn how to do it correctly, to get the great benefits of inversions!

Part2 Ashtanga Yoga Full Primary Led, Maui Style

With count, we practice primary series together.
To synchronize the breathing with movements, it makes heat and prana(energy or life force).
No problems if you don't know the sequences!
