Youth Ambassadors from Matsuro, Japan Visit AOC
Our school was specially requested from Sister Cities International to host a global exchange. This exchange was planned five years ago before the pandemic. We received a beautiful note from the Mayor of Matsuro for hosting his students and wishing us well. A special thank you to our host families, the Williams, the Finch family and Jawich family. We are so incredibly appreciatieve of your hospitality for our guests. Thank you also to Emma Finch, Zayna Jawich and Chloe Williams for being incredible student ambassadors. This is the first time for two of the studnets to be in America and they have been smiling ear to ear with the warm reception. Thank you to ASB, esepcially Teddy Yang, Jason Orr, and Shaun Thomas for helping facilitate club activities with Multicultural Club, President Milo Tisdale, Grace and and Club ReNew, President, Nia Konstantinova.
