Different paragraph styles
There are three different types of paragraph styles.
In a block style paragraph, all of the text is aligned with the left margin. they are not indented and are usually used when formatting business letters and memos.
The first line in an indented style paragraph is indented. The tab key is used to indent the paragraph. Indented paragraphs are most commonly used when formatting reports.
Every line except for the first is indented. the first line is aligned with the left margin. These are usually used for citing bibliography sources.
