Pizza Friday is Going Extinct!

Pizza Friday is a fundraiser for the middle school's trip to Puerto Rico that is solely run by parent and middle school volunteers. In order for Pizza Friday to be successful a minimum of 10 pizzas have to be sold every Friday. Pizza sales have been low the last few months and will be canceled starting in February if pizza sales don't increase.

Pizza is every Friday or Thursday if Friday is a holiday. The cost is $2.00 a slice for pepperoni or cheese. Pizza is available for purchase through SchoolCash Online or cash/check at the front desk!

Ms. Rene’e does not miss an opportunity for instruction!

What's Your Intent?

It's that time of year again! Is it your intent to have your child attend or not attend Fronteras next year? Does your child have an incoming sibling? Do you have friends or family who would like to enroll their child in the lottery for the 2018-2019 school year? The 2018-2019 Intent Forms went home with students on Wednesday, January 10th. It's extremely important that we receive them back as soon as possible so that we can figure out our class numbers and available spots next year. Extra Intent and Application forms are available on our website and at the front desk!

Did You Know?

In Paraguay there's Carnival! This is a multi-day event culminating on Shrove Tuesday (the start of Christian Lent). It is similar to other mardi-gras festivals held in other Latin American countries, such as the one in Rio de Janeiro. There are pageants and parades through the streets, and lots of music and dancing into the night. It is held in February (although the date is flexible according to Easter), when the weather is warm.
