CPR FOR LIFE
We are excited to announce our partnership with CPR for Life! Kari Tomlinson has opened up a training facility in Oregon City to empower the community with quality, life-saving education and training! She has over a decade of experience working in the medical field and loves to share her experience and pearls of wisdom. She became a Paramedic in 2013, and has worked both pre-hospital and hospital. She specialized in Cardiology and Emergency Medicine at Portland's finest hospitals, and worked many cardiac arrests while serving on the Code Team. "We're Saving Lives one heartbeat at a time!"
The Training Center is located at 1678 S Beavercreek Rd Suite M, Oregon City.

- Adult/Child/Infant CPR & First Aid
- We will cover FIRST AID, take a break, and then teach Adult, Child, Infant CPR/AED (in that order). The Child and Infant modules are optional - you may leave after completing the Adult module if the other two are not required for you to complete.
- This 8 hour course starts at 10:00 AM. (Lunch break at 2:00 PM)
- If you only want to register for only CPR or only First Aid the class is $69 Please specify when registering through Gladstone Community School.

LIVING SEASONALLY THIS FALL WITH SAMANTHA ROMANOWSKI
Autumn is the perfect time of year to reset and re-establish healthy habits, in preparation for Winter. Led by a Holistic Nutritionist, this class will be all about living seasonally with lifestyle practices and dietary changes that will support your body and mind during the Fall season. Nourishing and seasonal snacks and drinks provided. Participants will go home with a booklet of recipes and practices to support them throughout the Fall season.

Cold and flu season is coming up! Protect your health with natural immune boosters and holistic home recovery aids. Participants will make their own jar of fire-cider, a health tonic and take home a booklet of recipes and information!

BAKING SOURDOUGH AT HOME
Learn the basics of sourdough baking. This class will guide you through a no-knead method of baking. Participants will learn how to shape, fold and score a loaf, how to take care of your starter and what to do with leftover starter. You’ll take home a strong sourdough starter, a loaf to bake at home, a packet of recipes and a proving basket! You will also leave with the knowledge and confidence you need to start making sourdough at home regularly! Please bring a small jar or container to take your starter home, as well as a bowl to take your dough home. Instructed by Samantha Romanowski

ALL THINGS CINNAMON
A favorite spice all year long, cinnamon is extra special in baked goods. Learn all the tips and tricks to making delicious overnight brioche cinnamon rolls, cinnamon swirl bread and Swedish cinnamon/cardamom snacking bread. Participants will get to taste delectable treats and take home 9 cinnamon buns (with icing!) to bake the following day and a packet of recipes and info!

Elevate your beverage offerings at your next gathering with homemade shrubs, drink mixers and fabulous garnishes. Learn how to make fruity shrubs, no-cook syrups and beautiful, delicious garnishes for mocktails.– no alcohol required!

OIL PAINTING BOB ROSS STYLE WITH JUDY STUBB
De-stress and relax! Offered 1 Thursday or Friday per month, Judy Stubb, certified Bob Ross Instructor will start you with a blank canvas and help you leave with a completed masterpiece in just 3 to 4 hours! This “Wet-on-Wet” technique is a very simple, easy to follow method anyone from beginners to seasoned painters can master.

Are Classes online or in person?
Unless specified as an online or Zoom class, the classes are in person following all CDC and ODE guidelines for COVID-19 and other communicable diseases.
How am I provided the Zoom or Class Link?
Once you register, the class list will be provided to the instructor. They will then send you an introduction and the zoom link. Please be sure when enrolling that you provide the email address you will be using for the class. If you need help updating your information, please call us at 503-650-2570
What if I request a refund?
If you enroll in an ongoing class (not a one time class) and you feel it is not for you after trying the first one, we will issue you a full refund. For one time classes, cancellation must be received 48 hours prior to the class beginning. (Supply fees may not be refunded if not cancelled 1 week prior to class starting)
