Files OTHERS NEED access to after you leave
There are two options you can choose from:
- Change the Ownership of files to ONE individual user.
OR - Create a Google Share Drive where the DRIVE becomes the file owner, not an individual user.

Complete one of the options outlined in the linked Smore BEFORE your last contract day to ensure you do not lose any data you may need in the future.

Little SIS Linked Classes Ownership of these classes will AUTOMATICALLY update based on the teacher of record in Frontline TEAMS. DO NOT manually transfer ownership of a Little SIS Linked Google Classroom, it can interfere and disrupt the automatic syncing process. | Non-Little SIS Linked Classes Ownership of these classes will need to be transferred AND accepted prior to your end date. Little SIS Linked Classes
