To vote you must be 18 years of age, and every person gets to vote. The executive branch includes the president and the premier. The president is President HU Jintao. The premier is Premier WEN Jiabao. The legislative branch is made up of the congress or Quanguo. The congress people are called Renmin Daibiao Dahui. The judical branch is made up of supreme court.
