Materials Pick Up for 10th - 12th grade Students
10th grade students must come between 1 PM and 5 PM on Thursday, August 13th.
11th grade students must come between 8 AM and 12 PM on Friday, August 14th.
12th grade students must come between 1 PM and 5 PM on Friday, August 14th.
If students cannot come during their assigned time, we will need to reschedule them for a make up day after the first day of class. This may result in the student feeling that they are behind. Please make every effort to pick up your materials as scheduled. Students will receive:
- Essential text books
- Student whiteboard and marker to use during on line classes
- Yearbooks if they were purchased in advance
- Art supplies if they are enrolled in an Art Class
- Tech supplies depending on the course they are taking
- Temporary ID Cards
12th grade students MUST check out a D200 Chromebook this year. This is because many of the links and programs used will only be available through a D200 device. Any 12th grade student that did not already check out a Chromebook will be issued one on the materials pick up day. Please help your student understand that they must make this transition.
What School Supplies Do Students Need?
Students, especially 11th and 12th grade students, should consider purchasing a TI 84+ graphing calculator. This calculator is the approved device for the SAT. Their Chromebook does have a built-in calculator, however, currently students are not allowed to use their Chromebook during a high stakes test such as the SAT. Students need to have the calculator in advance of the test so that they can become comfortable with using it. If you have any questions about the calculator, please be sure to talk to your Math teachers.
