Quoi de neuf à ÉPK?
Semaine du 18 au 22 novembre, 2019
A little prayer for all of us parents and educators before the break.
AN IMPORTANT REMINDER:
If you feel you need to come into the school with your child, please park on the street to do so. Since we have already gone through three months of school, even our little ones in kindergarten are used to the routine. Please consider giving your child the responsibility of walking to his/her class on their own. There is always staff in the hallways who will help them get to their classroom if they need help. Thank you for your support and cooperation!

A word from the principal
Good afternoon ÉPK families,
I hope that you have all enjoyed your Fall break and that you have had a chance to relax and spend some quality time with your family. We now only have five weeks left before our Christmas break! A lot of work will be taking place during that time and students will be preparing a small Christmas Concert for you. Soon, the Spirit of Christmas will be filling our school as the first day of Advent is getting nearer.
Thank you so much for coming to our 3-Way Conferences before our Fall Break! Meeting with your child's teacher is a great way to ensure good communication and to become more aware of your child's progress in school. We truly enjoy meeting with you and having a chance to share their progress along with some cute stories. Everyone of our students is precious and brings so much to our school family. Your children at cherished and loved by all here.
We have an opportunity to use OLPH gym one morning a week, when possible, during the coldest months. Our School Council has graciously offered to pay for busing to provide our grade 1 to 4 classes with this opportunity. We are now creating a schedule for this and will share it with you as soon as possible.
The coming week will be spent reconnecting with our students and likely starting new themes, units or projects as we begin the home stretch until Christmas.
Have a wonderful week and welcome back everyone!
