Lancer Home Connection

October News

Good Morning,

We will begin to welcome students into the church beginning October 6, 2020. The all school liturgy will now be held on Tuesdays to accommodate as many students in the church as possible, while still maintaining social distancing. This mass is open only to our students. We will be sending the students by cohort. Your child's homeroom teacher will be able to tell you when your child will be at mass. If you would like to volunteer at the mass please click the following link to sign up: https://www.stdamianchurch.org/volunteer-now. The children who do not physically attend mass will continue to livestream from their classrooms.

Travel Ban

We continue to work to keep the children safe. The Archdiocese of Chicago follows the city of Chicago state travel ban. The site is updated every Tuesday and the ban goes into effect every Friday. Beginning today, Wisconsin is listed as a travel ban state. Therefore, anyone who travels to Wisconsin, even for the weekend, will need to self-quarantine for 14 days upon his or her return home. This means your child/ren will need to remain home for 14 day upon your return. Please note, this applies to all the other states listed on the following website.
