MHS Quarter 4 Parent/Teacher Conferences will be on Tuesday, April 26, from 3:45 - 7:45 PM. Conferences will be in person, at the high school. No advance sign-ups required!
Seniors: Cap and Gown Pick up will be over the lunch hour on Wednesday, April 27. Seniors who have their order paid in full can pick up during their lunch hour. Students who just need a tassel may purchase one for $10. If you still need to order, you may do so on Wednesday. Questions can be sent to erik.sueker@jostens.com or call 507-532-0179.
Summer Job Opportunity: Recently, Mr. Jones was contacted by a Marshall business owner who is looking for a couple of strong students to help work this summer. The job will be indoors, working to help with carpet removal and new carpet installation. The job could be up to 40 hours/week, but the employer is flexible and willing to work around student activities. Email Mr. Jones if you would like to learn more..
Good luck to the students attending the State FFA Convention on Monday and Tuesday and competing in Meats, Poultry, and Dairy Judging.
There will be a BPA meeting for those going to nationals on Tuesday, April 26 at 11:00 in A155.
There will be a mandatory Prom meeting on Wednesday, April 27, at 11:00 in the theatre.
Grand March tickets will go on sale on Monday, April 25. Purchase in advance and skip the long lines! The Grand March starts at 6:30. Doors open at 6PM.
Attention prom attendees. It has been a tradition to have a time for all students to gather for a class picture. Students, who wish to be part of the class photos taken by the yearbook or to take photos with friends, can meet at the courtyard at SMSU at 2:00. We will take the following group photos: We will start lining up the junior girls right away. Please do not be late. 2:00 Junior girls, ALL Juniors, Junior boys. Athletic Physicals will be offered on Monday, May 2 and Wednesday, May 4, from 6-8 PM. No appointments are necessary. The cost is $25. Physical forms may be picked up at the HS office or here: SPORTS QUALIFYING PHYSICAL EXAMINATION (marshall.k12.mn.us)
AP US Gov & Politics review sessions start this week & throughout the month of April during the 1st half of lunch on Wednesdays and Fridays in A254. the exam is Monday, May 2nd.
AP Biology Exam Review Opportunities will be before school and during lunch ,7:20 and 11:30, every Tuesday and Thursday until the exam which is May 11th. All reviews in room A258. Hope to see you there!" 🙂
