George Gershwin lived in the twentieth century. He was American. He frequently moved and his family fully supported him in his piano, jazz, and band career. George Gershwin learned about music at his friend's house, he also went to a music school to learn after. The famous works of George Gershwin are Porgy and Bess, Preludes for Piano, an American in Paris, Piano Concerto in F, and Rhapsody in Blue.
