Report Card Distribution
During June, UCS will distribute reports cards electronically. The fourth marking period grades will be sent electronically to families at the end of the day on Monday, June 20, 2022.
To receive the report cards, parents will need to have a secure PowerSchool account. Parents who do not have access to a PowerSchool account will need to register for one prior to Tuesday, June 14, 2022. The report cards will then be automatically e-mailed to the address that is used to register the PowerSchool account. If you already have a PowerSchool account, you do not need to take any further action. The report card will be automatically sent to you.

UCS CELEBRATES ITS PAST AND PRESENT CHAMPIONS
Resilience. Dedication. Leadership. Service.
Utica Community Schools is once again celebrating the stories of everyday heroes who represent these principles in our community through a month-long series called #UCSchampions.
“This year once again challenged our community, and I am proud of the continued partnerships that support our students and families,” said Superintendent Robert S. Monroe. “UCS has a long history of coming together to tackle hard issues. We want to again ask our community to help us tell those stories that inspire us and remind us of the power of community.”
Community members can nominate past or present individuals, groups or programs. To suggest champions, please visit http://www.uticak12.org/ucschampions
UCS PODCADEMY – EPISODE 2
The new UCS podcast series, UCS Podcademy, has released its second episode with Henry Ford II High School senior, Osirus Currie, interviewing Stevenson High School social studies teacher, student council advisor and junior and senior class advisor, Lisa Lucas. Titled, “Operation Graduation,” this episode highlights high school graduation ceremonies, the work that goes on behind the scenes to make everything run smoothly and what graduating seniors should know before they walk across the stage.
Available directly through the UCS Podcademy website, in an audio-only format wherever you listen to podcasts by searching for “UCS Podcademy,” or in a video format through the UCS YouTube channel, this podcast series is for anyone looking for a behind the scenes view of operating a public school district. Bring your curiosity to conversations surrounding Michigan’s second largest school district, Utica Community Schools.
