Notice from the Health Office.

If you have a student who is currently 11 or will be turning 11 over the summer, please remember per the state of Arizona, they are required to receive the 11 year old Tdap and MCV4 immunizations. Please provide proof of immunizations to the school nurse. If you have any questions please contact the school nurse.

In fact, you can start ordering your child’s kit today, and all the supplies that your child will need will be delivered right to your child’s classroom on open house, the day before the first day of school.
